The History of Baseline Vision Clinic
Our practice has a long history of providing quality, personalized care in Hillsboro. Dr. Joan Miller graduated from Pacific University College of Optometry in Forest Grove and founded this practice in 1979.
In 2006, Dr. Sarah Olmschenk graduated from Pacific University College of Optometry and joined Baseline Vision Clinic in 2015.
Our doctors are members of the American Optometric Association and the Oregon Optometric Physicians Association. They are fully licensed and practice to the extent of Oregon law to diagnose, treat, and manage vision and ocular health conditions. Dr. Miller and Dr. Olmschenk are committed to high quality eye care with personal time and availability for every individual patient.
